absolutely disgusting service & customer service from the mattress warehouse & kooi beds

For your own sanity, read this before purchasing a mattress online! ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING service from The Mattress Warehouse & Kooi Beds Don't ever in your life purchase or attempt to purchase a mattress from either The Mattress Warehouse or Kooi Beds online! you will probably end up with a heart attack or jump off a cliff voluntary!! we first attempted to purchase a mattress from TMW online but luckily found out that they didn't have stock! although the website shows stock available & fast delivery! (2024/10/01) what ..........! After speaking to Mr. T @ the Montana branch he was willing to assist us with another brand mattress @ a massively inflated price tag! Great customer service! We declined and decided to rather buy from Kooi beds directly, fault number 2! I then had a satisfactory conversation with Mr. R from Kooi beds and we selected the correct mattress that we wanted online as it showed in stock and delivery available! (2024/10/02). Payment done! After speaking to Mr. R again he just handed us back over to TMW explaining that they are the local distributors! And here we go again!! .............................!!!! The service we received from TMW was unsatisfactory and hence our decision to purchase directly from Kooi beds! There were multiple what's apps, emails & phone calls and promises made! More emails & whats apps! eventually Miss. N promised us a loaner unit until our mattress was delivered, wow! Delivery was made, sadly the driver chose our driveway to dump he's trash! Although we now had a loaner mattress it was a rock! Quite sure an elephant would've found it comfy! Luckily challenge solved by Miss. N, providing us with a foam topper! Most of the time we had to contact them again & again to just ask for updates, mostly with excuses & "we are waiting for our stock from the factory", how can the websites show stock and best of all, they already have our money! Even contacting Mrs. N from TMW customer care did not amount to much, friendly and apologetic but no resolve! We should've done our due diligence and used Google! Hellopeter.com has hundreds and hundreds of similar reviews with regards to stock, pathetic customer service & supply challenges! Even the responses from TMW are so generic it would anger me more! No mattress is worth so much c......!!! This is after we already had to downsize due to no stock on the size we actually wanted! We compromised and still have to deal with this MASSIVE headache of incompetence & empty promises!!! How can management & the owners not be aware of this atrocious disaster that continues to plague the involved companies!!!!!????? It's now day 2 since Mr. T from TMW Montana branch has again promised feedback and nothing!!! 17 days later and no mattress!! No customer service & No stock!!
