It seemed that I made a mistake selecting my product so I contacted the CS team and Jan Bothman not only helped me get it sorted but ensure that I was kept in the loop of progress regarding the delivery and kept following until I confirmed reception.
Talk about above expectation service!! Well done!!!!!!!
