7 days later no delivery

on the 29 May I bought a base and mattress at the Nelspruit riverside branch and was assisted by Sandy, I paid in cash and also paid delivery for my base and mattress. Sandy promised that my base and mattress will be delivered in the afternoon of the 29 May 2015, later that day Sandy called that the delivery guy couldn't deliver however he sill be delivering first thing the following day, the following day I waited till 10hrs30 in the morning and I had to call as by base and mattress hadn't been delivered, again Sandy promised that the delivery guy will be at my place between 12hr00 noon and 13h30 latest, Saturday came and went and my base and mattress hadn't been delivered. on the 01 June during the day I called as I still hadn't received my base and mattress and a call to even apologize for the delay. When I called Sandy was surprised that I didn't receive my bed and mattress and promised to investigate and revert back. After her investigation I got a call to be advised that my bed and mattress was delivered to another customer and they promise to have my mattress delivered by Thursday as they were out of stock. ITS TODAY END OF THURSDAY AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY MATTRESS
