5 Star Customer Support Assistant

When I became too old and frail to keep turning my 12 year old mattress, my son bought me a new one but it was too firm for me and had to be returned. Fortunately, I still had the old one to sleep on whilst looking for a more suitable replacement - but it took nearly three weeks before I could find anyone who would spare the time to help me with my special needs.
