3 week waiting time. Only came with mattresses and no bases at 18H00.

Pleases note that the comfort exchange unit you opted for had to be ordered and manufactured by the supplier, hence the 3 week waiting period, which was communicated to you by our team.
The order you placed was only for a mattress, not a bed set, which than does not come with a base.
Which we can unfortunately not be held responsible for.
