Your warranty and guarantee means nothing, poor quality and no service

I bought a Sealy Posturepedic mattress set at a huge price, being sued that if I was not happy I could exchange the bed without any questions asked. A fantastic guarantee and warranty in hand, I was reassured that my back ache would be relieved, and that this was the right mattress for someone post surgery. The mattress has collapsed, I am getting shunted around, I am tired of people blaming each other. I bought a mattress, it is faulty, I want it replaced our I want my money back. I can't sleep, I can barely walk with the pain! I don't trust the mattress people anymore, and I don't trust Sealey Posturepedic. What a disappointment. And expensive disappointment of nearly R11000!
