Worst Service Ever

Worst experience ever at the Mattress People in Clearwater. We placed on laybye a couch which we later decided not to finalise but instead wanted to withdraw our deposit. The Sales Assistant was initially very friendly and helpful. As soon as we wanted the deposit back his service has been nothing short of appalling. We are still waiting for the Manager to get back to us about the monies paid. Apparently they have a company policy that does not allow for refunds. We are definitely taking this matter up but have been patiently waiting for feedback from the Manager who seems to have pulled a fast one. We were interested in spending more with them at a later stage but I would dare not recommend them to anyone. So disappointing
