WORST BED SHOP EVER

One star is a bit generous for this review, if it were up to me I would rate The Mattress People ZERO!

When I went to buy the bed the Sales rep that assisted me was very friendly and accommodating little did I know that he just wanted to make the sale so that he could get paid for that... Upon purchasing the bed he said that we have 30 days to return the bed should we not be happy with the bed. I called to complain and all I get told is there is nothing they can do. I have phoned several times, they say they will get back to you they never phone, not one response to any of my email, it is now a he said she said situation. I am disgusted and disappointed in the service I have received. They do not care about their customers. They lie to you to get the sale!!

I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy!

Do not purchase from them rather go to a proper bed shop

I contacted Sealy directly, they said a change can be done however it needs to be done through the store the bed was purchased at, unfortunately the mattress people have a "Its not my problem" "Nothing I can do" attitude
