Very bad customer service, bad quality goods, the sales consultants working in the Fourways branch have no clue of what customer service means. They are *******, they mislead clients. Before they take your money they tell you all you want to hear and guaranty is 2 years, should anything be faulty the replacement is done immediately. To find out they're just telling lies to pocket your money. That shop must be CLOSED and never open in Fourways. I bought a bed that only lasted 2 weeks and the base started making noise. These ************ must be out of business. Arnold and Bright from the Fourways branch must be fired and if everybody in the company treats clients just like they do then everyone must be fired and the company must be closed with immediate effect.
