THE MATTRESS PEOPLE - Centurion

<div>I purchased a Energi Serene base set in 2018 and now the stitching has come loose on the one side. I am the only person sleeping on this mattress and I weigh 50kg. I contacted the store and they referred me to the manager who promised to log a call and someone would contact me regarding the matter. After a complete month no one contacted me, I tried calling and the manager never answered. Eventually after almost two months a lady called to inform me that they no longer manufacture this particular mattress and that they are willing to replace it with the Restonic Revitalizer but i would need to pay in an amount of R1232.00 to cover the a warranty which I had already paid for when I purchased the first mattress. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!</div>
