REJECT BEDS

<p>My husband and I bought a bed from The Mattress People Boksburg branch in July 2016. We decided not to buy a cheap Bed that would need to be replaced in a few years and spent R5500(money we didn't have) but thinking it would be an investment. Much to our surprise, by Feb of this year, the pockets had collapsed and the structure of the bed broke through the material. Not what we were expecting at all. I had to track this company down as they moved to Centurion. When I eventually got hold of them they put me through to their supplier (Support-a-Peadic) and told me to deal with it. What kind o Support a peadic refused to do anything because we had not purchased a matress protector. After months of struggling with these people they now say I have to pay in money to recieve another matress to cover their costs and now all of a sudden they will be taking the old matress back because they have a man who buys them. Why do I have to pay in money and cover their costs when they sold me a reject bed?? And as for The Mattress People company, they have nothing to say! I should be dealing with them as I bought the bed from them??? Why do I have to suffer and pay for these people's mistakes?</p>
