Refused to Refund My Money!!

At this point l am highly irate! I bought a 3/4 bed from the Fourway branch and when l got home the bed was nothing like what l had envisioned let alone the money l paid, so l immediately called the store and informed them. That's when they threw a bombshell of wanting to keep 15% of my money as a handling fee. News to me!!! anyway l made my own arrangements of getting a new bed promptly and was assuredmy money would be refunded. Til this date, over a month later l have not received money. My email follow ups go unanswered and l have been sent pillar to post with no luck. Such shabby service, l want my money back! all of it!
