POOR Delivery Service

The Mattress People in Woodmead has the worse delivery service . They rock at your house unannounced. They do not call that they are at the gate or they are leaving. After speeding from work to get to them, this is after my complex security has told me that this guy's are waiting for me, I find that this delivery people have disappeared within 20 minutes. When I bought the bed, I was told that I will receive a call an hour before delivery , none of that happened. When I try to call the store, I was told that they have three drivers, they do not know which one has been dispatched to my place. A couple of hours later the guy finally returned to my place. I had already lost 2 hours of my work time. POOR service delivery. Look somewhere for a better service.
