PENDING REFUND

My name is Mbali Chili (email [Email Removed] on the 21st Jul 2015 I deposited an amount of R2000 as a laybye for an Eddy Plasma Stand (stock code 7826). After 3 weeks I went to the store to cancel the order and was promised a refund within 3 days but to date I haven't received the money.I went back today 22/09/2015 to enquire and Pat who is the store Manager told me that he faxed through my banking details in July however he doesn't know why the payment is still pending.I then spoke to John who was very rude and he told me he will \THROW"away my documents because he doesn't deal with refunds.Pat told me there's nothing he can do now because he did what he was supposed to do but when I asked for a fax confirmation he refused to give me & told me he had no ink.I would like this matter to be resolved as a matter of urgency because it is now 3 months and no one has boithered to come back to me with any feedback whatsoever.When I asked for the person who deals with refunds they told me he has just left the office.This kind of service is highly unnacceptable"
