Misleading Sales talk

I bought a Cloud Nine Mattress and Base set at The Mattress People at Clearwater . When I were at their shop, nothing was said about the base set that is not a Cloud Nine product and that any guarantee and or warranty claim will be revoked if a matching Cloud Nine Base is not bought. After delivery, I read the pamphlet that came with the mattress which clearly state Cloud Nine’s right to revoke any claim if a Cloud Nine matching base was not bought. I also noticed that the high legs supp**** did not fit the base and that they gave me a Sealy Mattress protector instead of a Cloud Nine. I phoned the salesman at The Mattress People and asked about the latter. I was informed that if I want a Cloud Nine Base I have to pay additional. For the reasons mentioned, I then phone them this morning to come and collect the Mattress and Base as I was misled regarding the sale. They refused to return my money and to collect the items mentioned. They also refuse to give me contact details for their Head Office and or Manager of the mentioned shop ??
