Does not make refunds as per Commitments

We placed an order for a lounge suite, paid R3000 deposit and could no longer take it. We cancelled our order and made an arrangement for our refund payment less the 15% handling fee = R1500. As per our sales consultant the manager, Riaz the shop manager, does the refund payments on monday. We received commitment and confirmation of payment by Riaz yesterday afternoon at 16h53. It is almost a day later, and he is not even taking our calls and we have NOT received confirmation of payment. Instead he throws his sales consultant under the bus to confirm banking details etc... TERRIBLE AND LOUSY SERVICE! ********* behaviour! LIES!
