on delivering my new couch the folks from the above company where unable to fit the couch through my front door they then left the couch in the front garden where it has remained for 5 months<br> non of my numerous telephonic enquiries or visits met with any success all received were excuses fromRyad store manager *** and more excuses from john warehouse manger*** and still no help <br> has materialised <br> <br> stephen polliack
