Bad serviice no reply

We bought a bed from firstly the delivery was late then they deliver with out the pillows then they deliver the pillows but not the cover. We paid R 17400-00 and only after four months the seams are pulling apart . I went back to the store made a lot of promises with no solution i made a video show them took the matress back they refuse to take it back this is under guarantee and the bad of it all they say on there logo people you can trust . I phone to speak to the warehouse Manager John he does not even answer his phone.. When i said to them i am going to hello peter he laught and said do what you have to do.
