Bad service/bad products

I bought a mattress only for R6500 and the sales guy Bright promised it was a great brand but two weeks a few weeks later the mattress was making bulges on the sides, when I go back to the store to request for my money back to go to a proper bed shop I am been given the run arounds. For the mattress to be delivered as well it took two weeks delay, the sales people at this store promise customers way alot a d then 0 delivery of services .
