Awful service and False guarantees

Terrible customer service from this store. Bought a TV stand and coffee table from here and was promised a 5 year warranty which does not seem to exist. Don't be fooled by the initial charming salesmanship because the after sales service is atrocious. The coffee table was a different size from the agreed size and also damaged. Our salesperson, Bright has us calling him every few days and keeps making excuses about the repair. I wish I had read the many negative Hello Peter reviews before making these purchases. These guys sales plan seems to be to offer false guarantees and warrantys just to make the sale and then if something is wrong with the product delivered they just wait until you give up and tire you out by making more empty promises. Better off with a more reliable company. Ironic that their slogan is "people you can trust."
