The worst retail experience I've ever had

I don't even know where to start. Terrible service, no deliveries, late deliveries, they never called when they said they would, I had to follow up again and again, the product was so bad I had to return it twice. I wish I had never walked through their doors. This is literally the worst retail experience I've ever had.
