Very Bad service without results

We had purchased a bed at the Royal Show from the Mattress King and paid for it in full. We were told it would take 3 weeks to delivery. Well, it has been 5 weeks and still no bed. We have phoned every week for the past 2 weeks and the only answer we get is that dispatch will contact us. I will NEVER in my life recommend them to anyone.
