THE MATTRESS KING AT MIDLANDS MALL, YOU WILL REGRET YOUR PURCHASE WITH THEM

The Mattress King at Midlands Mall, I have never experienced such negligence towards a customer. They were only convenient and helpful when I purchased their bed and when the bed was faulty the first time they took their own time assisting me, and the base has broken again and I'm getting no feedback they just read my WhatsApp messages and ignore me,this is without a doubt the worst I've ever been treated at any establishment. Making matters worse I am a public health care worker and i need proper body rest after spending a full day of being on the frontlines of this pandemic.
