terrible service

<p>We purchased a R10000 bed at matress king in may. The bed was of such poor qualty that it creaked with every move. The base was much lighter than our previous base which indicates the poor quality of the bed. the bed has a 10 year warrantee. A guy by the name of denzil came home yesterday and said they can only change the base not the mattress. Whats the point paying so much for a bed and getting such poor service. We complained since the week after the bed was purchased and some one only comes in august. Received a reference number. </p>
