Terrible customer service from Arifa at Mattress King in liberty Midlands Mall

I am a widow with two kids..in December 2010 I went into the store at the mall in pmburg and Arifa the manager of the store then had a display outside in the sales area ..of two sleigh beds total of R11000.00..since then I managed to pay R6500.00.. in the interim I lost my job and was experiencing financial difficulty and was unable to complete paying the laybye..however several times since then I visited the store and this woman kept asking me to come back saying she will find out ...from head office...till date she claims the company was liquidated and nothing can be done...now if she knew this at that time...why make me a fool and ask me to come again And again...she promised to contact me on telephone time and again and never once did so...I'm totally shocked at her treatment and service ...the store is still called mattress king.. I demand a refund ..or a replacement bed of that value...because she does not know how difficult it is for a widow to be pushed and shoved around...my bed is on bricks and I need a new bed asap...please assist me..
