Refund Part of Delivery Charges

I bought a Designer Motion Base Set from The Mattress King on the 4/7/17 from their Springfield Branch, during the show at the Home & Garden Show with Delivery in Underberg, which would have been in 3 months time. I was notified that Pinetown Delivery Charges are R350.00 and Underburg would be R750.00. I paid in total amount of R41500.00 including the Delivery to be notified address in the Underberg. My plans changed and I asked them to deliver to my current address in Pinetown. I took delivery later in July. After taking delivery I Queried the extra R400.00 I paid for the delivery to Underberg and was promised by the Sales Person David that he would take it up with his admin Department and refund the R400.00 back to me within the next day or two. I spoke to him about a week later as the money still did not reflect in my bank. He said he would take it up with his admin department and get back to me. He called me later and apologized again assuring me that the money would reflect in my bank within the next day or two. About a week later I called the Branch again and wanted to speak to a manager. No Manager was available and I spoke to their admin department, Marleney. She said that she would speak to David and get back to me. David called later and confirmed my Banking details and assured me for the third time that he would have the outstanding balance of R400.00 paid into my bank soon. Up to now more than a week later and 3months after my purchase no money has been transferred to me. The R400 is not the main issue but rather the principle. After spending such an enormous amount of R41500.00 on a Bed I thought that I would get better Service than what I experienced from David and staff of The Mattress King, SPRINGFIELD Park. I really do have sour g****s and would not recommend anybody to buy from them and personally will not consider any purchase from them in the future. I will never Purchase anything from The Mattress King and will name and shame them with everybody I come in contact with.
