Poor service

Very poor service from mattress king midlands mall. My mum bought two double beds, head boards and mattress. Delivery was promised two days later. But still waiting for over a week for delivery. Manger only makes excuses, does not keep to his word. Don't waste your time going to this store. Very disappointing service. No care for customer satisfaction.
