POOR QUALITY BED'S FROM THE MATTRESS KING

I purchased a queen size bed, double bed and a 3/4 bed and a chest of drawers from The Mattress King, Edwin Swales at the end of 2017,of which i paid R14500 cash for these items. To our sorrow's the Queen size bed is falling apart. Seams are coming loose from the mattress the base seems as if it is coming apart. The bed is totally uncomfortable. My husband has endless back pains from the onset of the bed purchase. The 3/4 bed purchased for my son is a bed that is used in bnb's for people who are not staying for long. This was told to us by the inspector from Matress King that inspected the bed's. The bed is extremely hard. After 2 inspections, and a choice to pay an additional R5000 if i wanted to change these beds, and after contacting the NCR, i have still not received any help or compensation for these poor quality bed's that i have purchased. Can I please be directed to the correct channels so that I can be acknowledged and be given the service that any customer deserves.

Upon inspection of your beds it was found that the 152cm mattress is in an unsanitary condition which invalidates the warranty and a fee needs to be paid.
The 2 base sets have comfort related issues which cannot be sorted out almost 3 years later.
Pay in the difference to upgrade the base sets

The word unsanitary is degrading and i will be seeking legal action in this regard. I have a friend that also purchased a king size bed from the mattress king and needed it to be exchanged due to poor quality and was also told about the bed being in an unsanitary way and therefore could not be changed. This word seems to be a common name used upon inspection which is totally degrading and unacceptable on all levels.
