Poor feedback and high priced low quality goods

In Oct 2014 I bought a sleigh bed from matres king in 1 of their show cases in Pavilion mall. Now the bed is sagging in the middle I noticed it when I was pregnant not even a year after purchasing it. The support structure is falling apart. I informed the sales person Sandesh and his manager Dane. I'm making all the follow ups as when will my bed be fixed. I even sent pictures to Sandesh to show him the exact structure and what the problem is. when I call the office I'm asked to call his cellphone which he doesn't answer. His manager is either out or busy. At the most Sandesh left a message with their secretary to ask for my address its almost 2 weeks of me chasing them. The bed is getting worse. I have a 3 month old boy and I need my sleep.
