Paying a warranty for nothing!

I bought a Eurotop Dream Comfy Bed set on 6 October 2014 cash. I called Mattress King on 16 May 2015 as my mattress has sunk in on the one side. They told me to fax my receipt which I did. A week went by with no communication from them. I stopped by them on 22 May 2015 to ask them what was happening. The manager informed me the person in charge was off. Id be called the following week. A gentleman came to inspect my bed in last week of May. Up till now I have not heard a thing!
