Pathetic service

Bought a bed set mid November 2019. Never used it cos had a complaint about defects on the set. The Springfield branch was of no help after me complaining so I decided to post a review on Hellopeter. Guess what, it's over a month and still no feedback. A rep from Serta did come home not so much so attend to my problem but rather to admire my car. What bull**** service is this. Been trying to call Dane Kalindin of mattress king for the past month but this guy refuses to take my calls
