Pathetic arrogant and over promised and under delivered

<p>i went to mattress King in Pietermaritzburg where I saw a princess bed. The woman that o dealt with was Aariffa. I went in there and put a deposit on the bed she promised me I would have the bed etc a month later I went in and paid for it in full. And was promised by this arrogant woman that I would have my bed in a week it never arrived. She then sends a bed that was a demo and was severely damaged wanted me to take it and would give me money back. I sent the bed back I got in contact with the regional manager Eugene who also promised he would refurbish the item and give me a discount it's now 2 months and then they tell me the bed is discontinued. So I took the refund they now taking a week to refund my money and this woman Aariffa is beyond arrogant no customer service completely arrogant and has the audacity to cut the call in my face she is rude and she shouldn't be in a job like that </p>
