Pathetic after sale service - Mattress King Somerset West

I purchased a Queen bed from Mattress King Somerset West branch, not even 5 months ago (July 2022) and our base has started to break. This is now causing our mattress to have a dent in it. We have called on numerous occasions and each time they say someone will get back to us and a inspector needs to come out and assess the bed. Still waiting..... Quick to make a sale - terrible customer service thereafter. I definitely won't be recommending anyone to purchase a bed from them.
