Overpriced poor quality goods

I bought a storage bed in 2014 October for R18 000 from Sandesh.In less than a year the middle part of the bed was sagging. I reported the matter in November.Till today my bed hasn't been fixed , worst of all I'm the one calling them all the time I even made suggestions of how to re-in force the support structure . This being a loss to my 'storage bed'. Even the mattress is starting to sag now because of the poor bed structure. In all this I've never even received an apology yet alone even been respected enough to even speak to the branch manager. I have spoken to Dane and now nicoleene and a third person whom I can't remember. After a series of calls Dane later confessed he isn't the store manager. The secretary is also involved in this I'm now referred to the customer from Umbilo. I am utterly dissatisfied with the service I have received.
