Non Delivery of My Goods

In August 2014 I bought a base set at R6999 plus 2 wooden headboards for 3 quarter beds at approximately R 100th each, only the base set was delivered and the rest were for a different address. I got sick for 6 months and couldnt follow up on my delivery. A sales person by the name of Sipho was assisting and who eventually got ill and never returned. Another sales man by the name of Miles promised to follow up and revert gave him a copy of my invoice and he never returned and left too . I personally visited the shop to query and the man by the name of San design gave me a bad attitude and told me to to go to Springfield branch as he couldn't help I refused because I didn't buy goods in Springfield, he promised to revert and asked the lady by the name of Patricia to take my details I faxed them my invoice, a year later I stillnever heard returned. I visited the sho again in August 2015 and found another manager Indian guy with Patricia who undertook to look into this, never returned. I called last week and to find that Patricia no longer works there an Sands wudn't take or return my calls and there is an Indian lady I left messages with. I now want my money back as it's been lon
