Mattress KIng -Terrible service

I've had a terrible experience with Mattress King both at store level(Liberty Mall) and with their customer service department. . In this economic climate businesses should be doing their utmost to invite new customers and keep existing ones. I would not recommend them to anyone. It has been months since I lodged a complaint about a defective mattress. I have send several follow up emails and made numerous phone calls but they have done nothing to assist me.
