Mattress king liberty mall Pathetic customer service

I bought a bed from Mattress King Cornobia Mall near Phoenix in 2017 which they said they can have it delivered from their branch in Pietermaritzburg. It is now a year and we logged a complaint in October with the Pietermaritzburg branch and they had their accessor come out and have a look at the bed and agreed to have it replaced. Apparently there is a stain on the bed which they will give us a quote on and we will have to pay it in order to have the bed replaced as it was still under the 1 year period. We have done many follow ups with a lady by the name of Arifa the manager who is always giving us excuses and passes the buck onto headoffice. She takes our numbers down and promises to get head office to phone us but nobody gives us a call. This is so frustrating as Arifa makes promises but never delivers or follows up if anybody has contacted us. As a manager she lacks customer service or satisfaction and I will never recommend Mattress king Pietermaritzburg to anybody due this kind of behavior and service.
