MATTRESS KING IS A ****!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!

14 February 2023, I put down R3500... deposit for a queen size bed at the store in Boksburg GP. The arrangement was that the bed would be in the store by the 25 February 2023 for me to come pay up the balance AND COLLECT the bed. On the 25th before going to the store, I decided to call them to check if the bed was in the store. The bed was not there YET. Then I asked them to let me know to when the bed is in the store. Then I was told, I needed to 1st pay up the balance before the bed can even reach the store, and that is "Company policy." I went to the store to let them know that I would only pay the balance when the bed is in the store as per our arrangement.... after much back and forth I told them to cancel the damn thing all together and refund me my money as I will not pay 100% price for goods not on site. ...it is now the 02nd of March I am being sent from pillar to post, between the Boksburg Store "head office / Springfield branch. The Kashnee (from head office) and Gordon (Boksburg) continue to promise to call me back and they never do.
