Mattress King fails to deliver promised product

i have purchased an eight seat dinning room set. initially the product in store had 8 leather chairs and a black table. upon delivery i was then sent a black table with 8 brown chairs. i have tried countless times to get issue resolved and to get my black leather chairs sent to myself. employees are just passing the buck and then promising call backs with no resolve. i was told that i cannot get the original chairs as they were imported and the warehouse was closed due to it being the festive season. i waited for this period to pass and then was told that they will need to contact Grafton Everest to manufacture the chairs. it has now been 3 months and every consultant that i am speaking to get my 8 leather dinning room chairs are just avoiding me. i have spoken to a \director\" who did promise me a callback and this has not been actioned or followed through. this persons name is Joseph and the contact number is was given is *** with the email address: [Email Removed] i need my chairs. a black table with brown chairs is a joke! customer service is pathetic!
