Mattress king

In December 2019 I bought a Sleigh bed from the Mattress king in Durban Morningside. After 4 months or so during lockdown the center collapsed, *****s come out and the legs fallen. This was reported in July due to lockdown restricted travel at their Springfield main branch. Someone came in August but said they still need to order the parts. After numerous phone calls and Whatsapp conversations with Kyle and he promised me it would be fixed, nothing has been done even when the guys came for the second time he didn't bring the parts in November. The service I received was pathetic, back and forth calls, emails, whatsapp nothing has been done.
