Late Delivery and Damaged Goods

Hi<br> We purchased beds at the Rand Easter Show on the 06/04/2015 from Sandhesh of Mattress King. We requested that he deliver to us on the 29/05/15 as we were moving house on that day, I called 2 weeks prior to the 29/05/15 to remind him. Needless to say the beds were only delivered in late June that too after endless calls to Sandhesh. Pathetic service received. Delivery took place after 8pm at night also unacceptable. We called Sandhesh the next day to advise that the kids carriage bed was damaged, It is now 3-4 weeks later and he has not arranged the bed to be replaced.<br> I am more than disgusted with the pathetic service and empty promises made by the Mattress King employees. I also callled and spoke to Dane who is supposed to be a manager there, its has been more than a month, he has not called back or responded to the picture of the damaged bed that I sent to him on email.<br> Today I got the number of the owner, Mr Joseph and called him. I am now waiting to see if he sorts out this whole matter.<br> <br> DO NOT BUY FROM SANDHESH AT THE MATTRESS KING!!!! Pathetic service, false promises.
