Labye refund

On the 23/09/17 I labyed a mattress from the Liberty mall branch for R1500. The mattress was of the value of R2500: 137cm Dreams mattress. I came to the shop to cancell my labye as I no longer need the bed. The shop is refusing to give me back my labye. Instead they are forcing me to take something of the value of the labye. I'm relocating back to my home in Johannesburg and it's absurd for them to force me to buy something because of cancellation. I was atleast expecting them to issue a penalty fee of 10% like other shops do when you cancell a labye. I'm planning to lay a charge of ***** against the company. The store manager is Arifa and her cell is: ********** 425. It's a week now since she has said that she has referred this matter to her head office. It's ******** for them to say that there no refund on something that I have not even started using.
