**** Reviews on Hello Peter - The Mattress King Springfield

In an attempt to increase their TrustIndex and overall rating on Hello Peter, the Mattress King writes **** reviews about themselves.

To cover up their pathetic customer service (written in previous reviews) the Mattress King uses words such as "good service", "excellent service", "great service", "world class service", "exceptional customer service", "brilliant service", etc. Note the use of words that are too good to be true which is unlikely in an honest review.

It is also important to note the repetitive use of the word "service" which indicates that all the reviews have all been written by one person.

It is uncommon for five or six people to all leave a 5-star rating, on the same day, around the same time (some of the reviews are posted two-three minutes apart), which makes it evident that these reviews are ****.

These **** reviews were posted by **** accounts that were created on the same day that each of the **** reviews were posted. These **** accounts have only one review... for the Mattress King.

Most of the reviews tend to compliment one particular staff member (i.e Dane). If the Mattress King was exceptional in the customer service that they offer, many of the staff members would be complimented, not just one particular person. This proves that the reviews are either written by him or for him.

Genuine reviews about the Mattress King are those written with a one-star rating. Which will give you an indication of why they are writing **** reviews about themselves. (Desperate times lead to desperate measures).
