Delivered dirty old mattress

In July I bought R15000 sealy extra length queen bed at the mattress king in august the bed started sinking, I complained and they said they will order new one for me, last week they delivered the so called new bed which is dirty had Indian hair yet I am african, I've got photos to prove it, tried to call them but no answer, sent whatapp no response, I am so frustrated right now, I need help
