2014 Headboard Purchase

In July 2014 I bought a queen bed and 2 x 3/4 headboards. The bed was delivered at its address, and there was a different address for the 2 headboards. I was admitted in hospital when i came out the salesman Sipho whom I bought from had gone Ill and no one knew about my order. The man by the name of Miles who was ila Salesman undertook trace my order and revert after a few months of following up I was told Miles also no longer works there, a guy by the name of Sandhesh as well as Patricia undertook to trace my order, when I followed up Patricia no longer worked there and Sandhesh was elsewhere. A year later, The Indian gentle and Nosipho took copies of my invoices to trace my order and I never heard from them. End of 2015 I went to the Springfield branch and I spoke to Nicolen be the supervisor/manager who undertook to call me within 2 days and that never happened. In January I was told that Sipho who sold these to me is back and he told me that he won't get involved as he just returned from sick. I phoned the store in February this year to speak to Mr Joseph whom they called the boss and let a message to call me and to date he never called. This is disservice and it's appalling
