Rudeness of reception

We called the Maslow Hotel in Sandon to get the Preroria Hotel phone number to book for next Weekend as we are going to watch a show at the Times. The reception was extremely rude and un helpful. We did not expect this from such and upmatket hotel. We hope we will not experiene such rudeness during our stay in Pretoria next weekend. This is totally unacceptable and not expected from such an establishment.
