RUDE FEMALE STAFF

I was at the Maslow hotel (Time squares) I have never experienced such rudeness and blatant disrespect from a hotel staff. I was at the bar and i had questions regarding the meal voucher provided , not only was she annoyed at the fact that we spoke English , she was replying in Setswana and i don't even speak it . Mind you we are at a hotel, i fail to understand why would a person communicate in vanac while i clearly dont speak the language .

I felt disrespected by this behavior it was shocking , who behaves like that?
