Plus minus 45 thousand worth of gear lost

My experience at the hotel was just horrid because my stuff was ****** from their concierge. The security manager said its not the responsibility of the staff to know who is the rightful owner of luggage even though they had visual reference of us upon arrival. Security there is none existent.
