Outstanding refund - Pretoria

I booked a bed and breakfast rate for 2 for the period 20 to 21 December 2019 at the Maslow in Pretoria for the Brian Mcknight concert however as he did not attend, I called to cancel the booking and request a refund. Per the staff, the refund was effected on 18 December 2019 however as at today (10 days later) the refund has not come into my account. I have called Sun International twice and my Bank who confirmed that there is no pending refund on my account.
