No feedback to client / Bad service

Very disappointed with the service I got from the staff. I contacted staff to book for myself and family memeberd for Sun City during December period. I was told the lady in the office is alone and needs more time to get back to me , I never got any feedback till date. I emailed them to advise on this matter and nobody ever reverted back to me. I am very disappointed with the service and lack of feedback .
